HOW WE OPERATE

TRANSPARENT
Integrated Field Solutions strives to operate in the background. Our systems are user friendly. We work hard to make our clients lives easier.
QUICK
Changes can be made in hours, not weeks.
DEDICATION
Know that your call will be answered late at night or on the weekend by a qualified staff member.
MIDLAND BASED
Our background is purely oilfield automation. Founded in the heart of the Permian Basin, our systems have been honed in some of the harshest operating conditions the oilfield can provide. We’re committed to serving the hard-working producers of this region and across the country.

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS

THE SECTION SKID TESTER
Designed to run well tests automatically for any well attached to the section skid. The skid is designed to be placed in a central location of a producing field to maximize well testing and minimize the cost associated with running extended poly lines. The skids are designed to handle up to 24 wells per skid. Extending the well count per skid is possible. Once you select which well(s) you want to test and how long you want the tests to be, in hours, our automated process takes control. The corresponding actuator valve for the well to test will be opened and the test begins. We keep track of the oil, water and use the AGA calculations for the gas test. Once the test is complete the valve will close. The tests are displayed on the computer screen and a print out is also generate for the test. We extrapolate the test out to 24 hours if the original test is less than 24 hours. We also generate the GOR for the test. Once this is done, the automated system will start the next test. In order to prevent any accidents, there are safety procedures in place that will stop the test, close the valves, and open the diverter valve on the back of the skid to divert all wells to the main flow line and put all systems in the standby mode. We have found that this proprietary software and process can significantly cut down on well testing time and costs.
CREATING SOLUTIONS
A client asked Integrated Field Solutions to develop a solution where customers can pre-purchase brine water and draw their allotment as they wish. Drivers log in via a touchscreen system. Can be set up to automatically alert the owner & the customer when it is time to purchase more barrels.
CLIENT WAS LOSING MONEY
When surfactant continued to be pumped into system after well was off. Developed a solution that is tied into the tank battery & well control systems and communicates with them automatically. Automatically turns back on when the well comes back on. Alerts the operator when the chemical tank is running low. The amount of surfactant can be increased or decreased by the operator remotely. Verifies the correct amount of chemical is being injected by two independent methods.
100% SOLAR POWERED SYSTEM
Used to monitor the pit level, as well as the inlet water rates and bbl count either that be from fresh water wells or produced water that is being treated with chemical. It can also monitor flow rates and pressure for water going to frac jobs.
INDUSTRY STANDARD FIELD SENSORS
Integrated Field Solutions uses industry standard field sensors from Schneider-Electric, and others to drive data to its own proprietary platform in the public cloud. Hosted on Azure, the platform provides a scalable monitoring and management solution to give clients the ability to scale infinitely and handle workloads for the largest of deployment. The platform provides secure browser-based access to a variety of tools, including real-time reporting, usage, and bi-directional controls for all field devices, without the need to install applications.
